After being killed by the Spy Master, the Thirteenth Doctor regenerated atop a cliff into the Fourteenth Doctor, who was instantly surprised upon noticing that he shared the face of his tenth incarnation. The fourteenth Doctor instantly recognised his previous form by noticing that he had the exact same set of teeth. He was somehow wearing an entirely new set of clothes, his predecessor's having vanished in the regeneration. (TV: The Power of the Doctor)
