The Gardens of Everlasting Summer were a retirement villa and garden centre open to a wide variety of long-lived species, run by Custodian Jinpar.

According to their advertisement in Alien Getaways, they were open for residents aged over 660 years old. They featured table tennis and chess facilities, grew many plants including honeygolds, and cultivated generations of beelings.

Unknown to the residents, Jinpar was obsessed with keeping the gardens perfect, so he artificially rewound time every night to keep them in a state of summer, fast-forwarding one century when he could not rewind it any further. Any older residents would be caught in the resulting time storm and quietly disposed of. When the Thirteenth Doctor convinced Jinpar to stop, the gardens experienced their first winter in centuries.
