Octavian (The Time of Angels) was a Bishop from Second Class who had deployed Professor River Song on a covert mission which led with her prescence on the Byzantium (ship) which housed a lonesome Weeping Angel When he arrived with his clerics at the crash site of the Byzantium, he wasn't happy with River as she had apparently promised an army, but it turned out she had promised the Doctor. This in turn, pleased Father Octavian.
