Smiley
Smiley was an individual who affiliated themselves with Theo Possible.
Biography
At some point, Theo Possible had to leave Smiley, although he claimed that "[Smiley] [knew] [Theo] always [came] back".
Although Smiley attempted to persuade Theo to stay, Theo claimed that he "need[ed] to get some narrative beneath [his] feet", although Smiley stated that they'd never felt the need, and that their current existence was "about as close as [they] wanted to get", which Theo thought was "fair enough".
Before Theo left, Smiley asked him what his plans were, to which he replied that he "[had] some business interests [he] need[ed] to attend to" before muttering "Bloody admin...", to which Smiley replied "Rather you than me, mate!".
Finally bidding farewell, Theo said "so long, Smiley", to which they told him to take care and not "be a stranger!". (COMIC: The Train in Vain and the Junkmail Messiah)
