Smiley
Smiley was an individual who affiliated themselves with Theo Possible.

At some point, Theo Possible had to leave Smiley, although he claimed that Smiley knew that he would always come back.
Although Smiley attempted to persuade Theo to stay, Theo claimed that he "need[ed] to get some narrative beneath [his] feet", although Smiley stated that they had never felt the need and that their current existence was as close as they wanted to get. Theo understood.
Before Theo left, Smiley asked him what his plans were, to which he replied that he had some business interests he needed to attend to. When Theo left, Smiley told him to take care and not to be a stranger. (COMIC: The Train in Vain and the Junkmail Messiah)
