Mrs Higgins

Mrs. Higgins was Fudge Higgins' mother.
Biography
On first seeing the Meep, Mrs. Higgins asked Fudge if he got him from the pet shop. When Fudge replied that the Meep was from another galaxy, his mother replied "Oh, that's nice, dear."
When the Fourth Doctor warned Mrs. Higgins that aliens were at the bottom of her garden, she exclaimed "I don't know what the neighbours will think!"
The Wrarth Warriors later held Fudge and Mrs. Higgins prisoner at their house, asking where the Doctor was, when the Doctor came in to talk. After the Wrarth Warriors explained why they were on Earth, Mrs. Higgins offered them tea and cake. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Star Beast)
