The Pod was a music festival in Pete's World. It was different from conventional music festivals that involved things like "tickets, tents or dodgy toilets", and instead was broadcast directly to people's Cybus EarPods; the event seemed to have been organised by Cybus Industries.
For the broadcast on 15 July, an article was released on the Cybus Industries website to promote the event and the acts set to broadcast; these included: eleXtrix dReamurz, Girls Girls Girls, The Pantry Shelf, No Midget, and Sad Dog. Cybus claimed that the event would be the "best music in the world" and "[they] guarantee you won't be able to stop dancing". (NOTVALID: The Pod)
