Geoff Cliff met the Ninth Doctor in HMV one Tuesday in early 2005. After the Doctor asked for adivce one what to buy, as he was looking for a present, Geoff told him that the best CD in the world was Ultra by Depeche Mode. However, the Doctor ended up not buying anything, and Geoff suspected his credit card declined. A short while later, Geoff wrote about his encounter on whoisdoctorwho.co.uk.
