Stephen Norris met the Ninth Doctor in 2004.
Biography
In 2004, Stephen was in an Internet café in Las Palmas, about to put up a birthday message for Anthony Wallenda, his friend, on the Liverpool website. The Ninth Doctor advised Stephen against it, and after Stephen asked if the Doctor meant being Anthony's friend or supporting Liverpool, the Doctor told him that he meant both.
In March 2005, Stephen wrote about his encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
