Girls' Night In (short story)
Summary
After reading one of Sarah Jane Smith's books, Jo decided to get in touch with her and discovered they both knew the Doctor. Together they placed an ad in Time Out magazine to attract the attention of former companions. With Liz Shaw and a less positive Tegan they wallow in nostalgia with good wine in the company of friends. They reflect that after their travels with the Doctor, they never found any man who would live up to the memory. There is a knock on the door - Ace joins them.

Continuity
This story carries on the idea the Sarah Jane turned her adventures with The Doctor into a series of novels, something picked up on in the short story Moving On. This, however, has not been mentioned in School Reunion or The Sarah Jane Adventures (so far)
