Orlo (Wetworld)

Orlo was a Sundayan colonist and friend of Candy Kane. In 2108 he discovered the wreckage of the One Small Step after Sundayan otters dismantled a dam downstream, causing the water which had been submerging it to drain away. (PROSE: Wetworld)
