Bob Anders was a scientist on board the weather control Moonbase. He was Australian, with the country's flag on his uniform.
While in the sickbay with Hobson, Charlie Wise, Polly and the Second Doctor, they discovered a Cyberman hiding under a sheet. Bob snuck around the beds, and attempted to attack the Cyberman, but another one entered, which shot and killed Anders. (TV: The Moonbase)
