An alien posing as a hologram on a smart phone app uploaded human minds to his super mind in order to create an app more powerful than any computer that would make him rich.

The Twelfth Doctor and Jata thwarted his plan by freeing the trapped minds, before tricking the alien into uploading himself into the super mind in the process. (COMIC: Killer App)
