An issue of Doctor Who Adventures was released shortly after the broadcast of the first two episodes of a new series of Doctor Who.
It contained a letter from the Twelfth Doctor to the readers, asking him what they though of his then-newest companion, Bill Potts, before assuring them that more great adventures were yet to come.
It also contained the story, Killer App, in which the Doctor met a genie. (PROSE: Dear Readers)
