- Graham Leaman previously portrayed the Third Time Lord in TV: Colony in Space. However, the Third Time Lord was a major member of the Time Lord hierarchy, as opposed to a Junior Time Lord; in fact, he was an earlier incarnation of the Chancellor who appears alongside this Junior Time Lord in The Three Doctors, Socra.
