User:SOTO/Forum Archive/The Reference Desk/@comment-4139960-20130927182415/@comment-188432-20131002185519 Well, I'm immediately uncomfortable with the article because "time-aware" is an adjective, and that contravenes T:NAMING. Articles should be about nouns, so at a minimum, the article's name needs to be "time-aware species" or maybe "time-awareness'.

I'm secondarily skeptical because no book written before 2006 contains the phrase.

And finally, it's really just an alternative for time sensitive. I can't really see any meaningful difference between the two terms, and time sensitive is a bit easier to directly cite.
