Joseph Green
Joseph Green was a politician, MP for Hartley Dale and chairman of a Parliamentary committee for the monitoring of sugar standards in exported confectionery. (TV: Aliens of London)

According to Muntjac Man, a reader of the conspiracy website Who is Doctor Who?, he had seen Joseph Green purchase 100 cans of insect repellant spray from a Somerfield supermarket in Halstead on 14 April 2005. (PROSE: Rose sighting confirmed)

At some point around in early 2006, Green was slain by Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen and his skin was then used by the Slitheen as a disguise to become the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (TV: Aliens of London) and cause World War III. (TV: World War Three)
He was filmed at one point at a press conference. One of his speeches also made reference of the Big Bad Wolf. (PROSE: Rose sighting confirmed)
On the Who is Doctor Who? website, the webmaster believed a government conspiracy was growing after MP Joseph Green's recent weight gain, and knew that there was a reason for it (and that it wasn't because he was pregnant). When the webmaster asked his readers for their theories, many responded: some believed that Green, like all politicians, was full of hot air; some believed that he had eaten all the pies; some suspected that he either had a parasite in him, had a spirit in him, that he had eaten his rival, or that he was eating in preparation of a food shortage, or that he was feeding off the Prime Minister's life force; that he just had wind; it had something to do with aliens; that he was wearing a lot of kevlar vests; or that he even had someone else inside him. However, some doubted the webmaster's belief of a conspiracy and defended Green: people believed that either everyone on the website were "conspiracy loonies", that everyone was just being mean, that that his weight was glandular or that he had health issues, that everyone on the site was trying to stir up trouble, that he was just enjoying the luxuries, or that Green wasn't that special as others at Westminster were also gaining weight. "Green" became the highest-ranking member of the government within London during the time of the London UFO crash and then became Acting PM; Jocrassa Slitheen cancelled airlifts into London for the Cabinet of the United Kingdom in order to keep this position. (TV: Aliens of London) Jocrassa, with Green's skin suit on his person, was killed when 10 Downing Street was destroyed by a missile. (TV: World War Three)
