Cyber-Control was the base of operations of Cybermen activity.
History
On Telos in the 25th century, (TV: The Tomb of the Cybermen) Telosian Cyber-Control was overseen by the Neomorph Cyber-Controller and contained facilities for Cyber-conversion. The base was later destroyed when Flast used the Sixth Doctor's sonic lance to explode a quantity of vastial. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen)
When the Twelfth Doctor and Lumpy landed on Telos to find a segment of the Orb of Fates, Cyber-Control was visible. (GAME: The Doctor and the Dalek)
