Bryce was the foreman of Major Vincent Da Costa's building site. He encountered the Sixth Doctor and Constance Clarke inside the mound he was demolishing. He later thought that Hugo Macht was making super-soldiers for the government. (AUDIO: Shield of the Jötunn)
