Dr Hugo Macht was a billionaire philanthropist who, by 2029, was attempting to save Earth from global warming by using nanoatomic machines to "scrub the sky clean". His diggers found a Viking burial ground in Arizona. He met the Sixth Doctor and Constance Clarke who helped combat the Talessh. (AUDIO: Shield of the Jötunn)
