The Crowd was the fourth and final audio story in the anthology Dying Hours. It was written by Lizzie Hopley and featured Sooz Kempner to be added

It was the eighteenth overall story in the Doom's Day multimedia series.

It was released in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Doctor Who.

Publisher's summary

"Follow the crowd", that’s what they say, right? In this case, however, devastation, murder and destruction follow this particular Crowd - Doom’s next target. But amongst them - an unfamiliar face, with a familiar name. Could this be Doom’s salvation?
