In 2005, Cara and Matt were on holiday in Margate when they spotted the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler, making the "very odd" observation that they appeared to be investigating a large, suspicious-looking sand castle. A year later, prior to the London UFO crash, Cara and Matt reported the encounter to Who is Doctor Who?.
