The Cyber-Leader was once a human time tourist who travelled back to visit Oberon Fix and was captured and converted by the Cybermen to make use of their knowledge of the future. The Cyber-Leader attempted to prevent the Golden Pulse from being used to end the Great Cyber-War, but he was thwarted by the Eighth Doctor and Nelvin. (AUDIO: The Great Cyber-War)
