Oberon Fix

Oberon Fix was the inventor of the Golden Pulse and designer of the Aurum. He was excited about his inventions and knew that the TARDIS was a time machine, which concerned the Eighth Doctor. During the Cyberman invasion, he was pursued by a gold Cyberman, one which he experimented on in what the Doctor called torture. He created the allergy that the Cybermen had to gold, but he knew it would also cause the genocide of the Vogans. He was poisoned by the golden Cyberman.
