A young woman, who was a resident of London in a parallel world known as Pete's World, was among hundreds of people who were controlled by their EarPods and ordered to march to Battersea Cyber-factory to be converted into Cybermen. She was on the point of entering one of the conversion machines when the signal controlling the EarPods was shut down by Jake Simmonds and Mickey Smith, snapping her and the others out of their trance. Having come to her senses, she noticed the conversion machine looming over her. Realising that this machine meant her grievous bodily harm, the woman cried out "Oh, no!" before fleeing in terror with the remaining humans, knocking aside the Cybermen that tried to stop them in their panic.
