Megnus Jaka was the head of a Sontaran fleet. He wanted to destroy the Kaveetch and killed all the remaining Kaveetch on Earth. He showed the Sixth Doctor the cloning room in their ship before entering his TARDIS. (AUDIO: The First Sontarans)
