The Policeman was a police officer who met the 15th Doctor after he was hit by the head of a Snowman decoration due to the actions of the Goblins. He asked the Doctor if he was alright. After the Doctor responded he was fine, he wanted to write a rapport of the incident. After the Doctor answered his questions the Doctor told him that his girlfriend was going to say Yes to his proposal on Christmas eve. He watched the Doctor disappear in the Tardis and then the glandly kept repeating "She said yes".
