Lotto, known also as The Detective of Ishiok, was a traveller across the universe whom The Bookwyrm referred to as jolly and kind-hearted. He was originally a man from Earth, he survived the Cosmic Revolution and he travelled with a shapeshifting companion, Mae. At some point, he lost his memories. (PROSE: Previously On...
