Moleskin

Moleskin was a form of cotton, called after the fur of moles.

The Eighth Doctor wore a double-breasted overcoat of moleskin done in Prussian blue round the Kotturuh crisis, (AUDIO: He Kills Me, He Kills Me Not, Mutually Assured Destruction; PROSE: All Flesh is Grass) and his travels with Cass Fermazzi. (AUDIO: Meanwhile, Elsewhere-Previously, Next Time) He also wore one in bottle green; (COMIC: The Pictures of Josephine Day) up to his death on Karn. (TV: The Night of the Doctor)

The War Doctor wore double breasted moleskin waistcoats with double fob chains of bronze in ginger orange, (COMIC: The Clockwise War) mahogany brown, (COMIC: The Whole Thing's Bananas), mustard yellow, (COMIC: First Rule- Fast Asleep), and dark maroon. (PROSE: Engines of War) His maroon waistcoat was his last one which he wore in the Battle for the Tantalus Eye, (PROSE: Engines of War) and right up to his death after the 1562/2013 Zygon Invasion of Earth and the Fall of Gallifrey. The Eleventh Doctor wore double breasted overcoats of moleskin in olive green (TV: Let's Kill Hitler) or plain black. (TV: A Town Called Mercy) In Victorian London, he also wore a single-breasted frock coat of wine purple moleskin with black lamb fur lining; (TV: The Great Detective, The Snowmen) the same he also wore in the Siege of Trenzalore. The War Master wore a single breasted waistcoat of mustard yellow moleskin with his olive green tweed blazer, (AUDIO: Killing Time) and one in raven black with his battleship grey tweed frock coat. (TV: Masterful)

The Warrior, a parallel version of the Doctor's fifth incarnation which looks similar to the sixth, wore double breasted moleskin waistcoats similar to the war incarnation of his N-Space counterpart. (AUDIO: Aftershock)

A parallel version of the Doctor wore a wine moleskin blazer when he and Bernice Summerfield fought Faction Cybermen on Nazi Germany. (AUDIO: Blood and Steel)

The Half-Face Man wore a single breasted waistcoat of ebony black moleskin with a mahogany brown trim and a fob watch during the 1890s. (TV: Deep Breath)  

The Valeyard wore a copy of the Eighth Doctor's bottle green moleskin overcoat. (AUDIO: The War Valeyard)
