Gallifrey XII

Gallifrey XII was one of the cloneworlds of Gallifrey constructed during the War in Heaven. It had a training complex in which Time Lord operatives were taught the basics of escapology by War Cardinals. Homunculette trained there after the destruction of the original Gallifrey.
