Gallifrey Eight was one of the Nine Gallifreys created during the War. It contained loomstacks and chronoforges which threw biodata soot into the air, obscuring the sun over the Citadel. Homunculette and the War King visited Gallifrey Eight after the battle at Delphon. (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5)
The Institution for Mental Deviancy was located on the Eighth Homeworld. The Eighth Homeworld's inhabitants considered the name prejudicial and cruel. Zauro, claimed to have been face-to-face with some form of the Enemy or one of its representatives, was housed there. (PROSE: Eyes)
