Britsure was an insurance firm advertising Cardiff. TV: To The Last Man A poster for it was witnessed by Torchwood personnel through a disruption in space-time at St Teilo's Military Hospital in 1918, allowing the Torchwood staff of the 2000's to identify the day, time, and location at which Tommy Brockless had to be delivered.
