Zachery was a henchman of Herbert Goring. He helped Goring to kidnap the people in society who wouldn't be missed for Goring's experiments. He came after Tommy Dooley, who told him about the Eighth Doctor. He later took Molly O'Sullivan to Goring. (AUDIO: The White Room)
