Herbert Goring was a British doctor who helped the Viyrans with their experiments in London in 1918. He was also investigating the flu epidemic. He knew the sonic screwdriver wasn't a thermometer. He tried to kill Molly O'Sullivan but the Viyrans wanted to use her. (AUDIO: The White Room)
