Chloe was a Time Lord who, with Erasmus and her dog Jamais, survived the destruction of her planet by the Blessed Destroyer in the War. Because the "clock of [her] world stopped ticking", Chloe was permanently trapped in the body of a little girl, and her second heart withered and had to be removed.
Chloe came into the possession of a book that showed her the future. After she tried to look at the last page of the book, the book retaliated and twisted Chloe's eyes out of shape. (PROSE: Timeless [+]Loading...["Timeless (novel)"])
