The armed forces of Gallifrey were the military forces that served in defence of the planet Gallifrey and its society of Time Lords. (TV: Hell Bent) During the Last Great Time War, the armed forces fought the Dalek Empire through out space, time, (PROSE: Engines of War) and beyond. (PROSE: Meet the Doctor) During the War, Gallifreyans were pulled from their normal jobs to serve in the army. Gossip spread quickly across the ranks. (AUDIO: The Mission)
Alternatively, during the War in Heaven, the planet's forces were regarded as the technically unofficial "House Military". (PROSE: The Book of the War)
