Eye of Harmony was a supposedly natural phenomenon that was harnessed by the Time Lords and, if it is also the Eye of Harmony, has links to every TARDIS created, giving them the power to travel through time. It was lost after the Last Great Time War and fell into the hands of the Progenitor Daleks in City of the Daleks
