An android version of the fictional character of Frankenstein was found in the House of Horror during the Festival of Ghana in 1996.

Other android denizens of the House of Horrors included the Grey Lady and Dracula. When the Daleks pursuing the Doctor's TARDIS fired on it, the robot monster attacked them. (TV: The Chase)
