Dr Olivia Kagg Waldermein was a writer who worked at the Plutonian Academy.

Olivia was born in 2292. She studied at the Plutonian Academy under the mentorship of Professor Osteram Yss of the Southern Hive. Her doctorate thesis was Who Still Possesses the Greater Key in 2317, and between 2320 and 2321, her highly acclaimed series of memoirs on the House of the Fallen was printed on collectable trading cards packaged with Private-brand sweet cigarettes.

By December 2323, Olivia had translated a large book-length section of Dionus' diary and was living on Charon with two wives, five cats and three indentured demonic spirits. Also that month, her essay on the events leading up to the Cosmic Revolution, Love & War: A Meta-Historical Investigation of the Dawn of the Cosmic Revolution, was published.
