Alice Timony was a Meta-Historian who wrote on the workings of Gallifreyan society. She coined the translation of the Lesser Time Elementals' midwinter celebration as "Eldritch Night", and gave circumstantial evidence that Gallifreyan local years could be "millennial years". She wrote Lightbringers, Fire-Breathers, published by Khronos Publishing in 2314, which overviewed the arguments for and against "the maximally syncretic view which would identify all 'true' dragons in universal mythography as transmogrified L.T.E.s who survived the Cosmic Revolution," as well as the "Yssgaroth War". Olivia Kagg Waldermein cited these contributions in 2323 and praised her for her translation of the Gallifreyan words for "last will and testament".
