Pluto TV is an Internet-based TV platform owned by Viacom.

From 11 June 2019, the entire plethora of Classic Doctor Who from 1963 to 1989 was made available on this service, meaning that fans would be able to enjoy William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy's eras for free. They were made available on channel 77.[1]
