Tralfinial was the Minister for Peace on Bortresoye. He was concerned about the war. He was ashamed at the cost of the war, and the amount that were dead because of it. He was annoyed when Landscar rescued the Eighth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard from a collapsed building. He was killed by Excelsior. (AUDIO: The Last)
