Excelsior (The Last)

Excelsior was the President of Bortresoye.
She was incredibly vain and only cared about herself, believing she was destined to be the last living thing on Bortresoye; a belief encouraged by Landscar, who helped her develop abilities to summon the weather. Excelsior feigned ignorance of the destruction her actions had caused to her people and her world, either out of denial or to hide her uncaring ego-maniacal nature. She was quick to take offence, and killed her Minister for Peace, Tralfinial, as well as Charley Pollard when they insulted her. She later killed C'rizz. She died herself to let the cycle of the planet continue.
When the cycle began again and everyone came back from the dead she was regarded as a good leader and inspiration who assisted in ending the war before it ever began. (AUDIO: The Last)
