In 2023, Moonbase One was given to World State and renamed Moonbase Laika. (PROSE: Horror of the Space Snakes)
World State conducted flights from Earth into space by 2059. On Bowie Base One on Mars, Ed Gold noted that the Tenth Doctor could not have come from a World State flight because the crew would have been aware of, suggesting that he came from an independent organisation such as the Branson Inheritance.
