The Bio Processor is identified in the video game The Last Dalek [+]Loading...["The Last Dalek (video game)"], based on Dalek [+]Loading...["Dalek (TV story)"]. The first of its arsenal, the player-controlled Dalek is equipped with the Bio Processor from the start of the game.
Though a Bio Processor was not referred to in Dalek, its use in The Last Dalek does match a scene in which the "Metaltron" uses its manipulator arm to open a locked door. As the Ninth Doctor observed, even the average Dalek was a "genius" that could calculate a thousand billion combinations in a single second.
