Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

The image is actually that of Bernard Cribbins as Frank Cosgrove, who was married to Lynda Baron's Rubes Malone in the final episode of the BBC television series Down to Earth, which concluded in 2005. Cribbins had previously played Tom Campbell in the film Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. [+]Loading...["Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. (theatrical film)"] and would make his debut as Wilfred Mott in Voyage of the Damned [+]Loading...["Voyage of the Damned (TV story)"] over a year and a half following the publication of the Torchwood House website.

Incidentally, the ELO song "Mr. Blue Sky", which would feature in the episode Love & Monsters [+]Loading...["Love & Monsters (TV story)"], was used as non-diegetic music for the wedding in Down to Earth.
