I don't understand the Daleks and Cybermen think all other races are inproper and must be destroyed or converted and they worked together with other species to stop the doctor, the cracks must have been very serious to make daleks and cybermen work together to save the universe--Jackr12 19:14, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

What do the Daleks hope to gain?

Why would the Daleks want to prevent the destruction of [all] the Universe(s)? Isn't that their goal? Imprisoning the Doctor would then be counter-intuitive, unless its just because of a grudge.
