The Seventh Drax was one of Inspector McCormick's "half a dozen best men".
As such he was present when McCormick was called to arrest the third, fifth, ninth and twelfth incarnations of Drax. They later all ran away in McCormick's TARDIS. (AUDIO: The Trouble with Drax)
He posed as Drax's ex-business partner and checked to see if he was alive at the funeral. The Eighth Doctor later came to him thinking he was Drax's broker. He told the Doctor and Liv Chenka that Drax was poor so couldn't have brought something for 500 billion credits. He gave the Doctor another item of Gallifreyan origin.
