Fourth Drax

The Fourth Drax was one of Inspector McCormick's "half a dozen best men".
As such, he was present when McCormick was called to arrest the third, fifth, ninth and twelfth incarnations of Drax. They later all ran away in McCormick's TARDIS. (AUDIO: The Trouble with Drax)
He posed as Captain Miles Rozann when attending the funeral of Drax which was posed by the quantum assassin, saying that he was a jointed former customer of him. He was holding the Schroedinger cage in order to place the quantum assassin. (AUDIO: Here Lies Drax)
