Johanna Watson posed as John Watson's wife and saw him dead whilst encountering another version of him working with the War Master. She was a was a Nurse from Germany. She thought that Sherlock Holmes was retired in the country with Bees. The Master thought that she was a member of James Moriarty's crew. She later accosted Watson thinking he had employed the Master to kill the Watson's. She was an alternative version of Watson from a retelling of the story where they lived in Germany in the 1970s.
